General information
Website content is provided for general information and service discovery. Final project scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
Quotes, timelines, and client responsibilities
Project quotes and timelines depend on the information, content, assets, approvals, and access provided by the client. Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, approved content, brand assets, domain access, and required third-party account information.
Payments
Payment terms are handled through approved invoices, payment links, or written project agreements. Work may be paused for missed payments, disputed charges, missing access, or unresolved scope changes.
Acceptable use
Clients may not use Pinnacle services for abusive, illegal, deceptive, malicious, infringing, spam-related, or high-risk activity. Pinnacle may suspend service for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or activity that threatens the hosting environment or other clients.
Limitation of liability
Pinnacle works to provide clean, reliable service, but no website, hosting system, marketing campaign, or AI assistant can be guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pinnacle is not responsible for indirect losses, lost revenue, third-party outages, client-side mistakes, or issues outside Pinnacle control.
